There is also a small but comfortable parlor and a large, high ceiling living room with flat screen TV and surround sound system. These areas would be shared except for my adjoining office space. This co-housing community (Highline Crossing) offers a common house with activities, meeting space, guest sleeping room and commercial kitchen, etc. The grounds are filled with mature trees and flowers and has a nearby bridge over the Highline Canal to the trail. There is a garden, sitting areas and playground. A large park is a short walk and a small park borders our community on the north side. The light rail at Mineral and Sante Fe is walking/biking distance. Access throughout the metro area is easy and the area is close to shopping and parks. The community welcomes tenants and is inclusive and friendly without being intrusive. Participation in concerts, community pot-lucks, etc. is optional. The residents of this small community are diverse. One garage space and all utilities, including Wi-Fi, are included.

A male professional currently occupies the garden level suite and we seek another roommate who is sociable, conscientious, a non-smoker, light drinker and respectful - pleasant to be around without being a party animal. Responsibility and personality fit are important and we will need to interview each other. I prefer if the person is employed or full time student and willing to provide excellent references and a clean background check. A 3 month initial trial period is desired with a long term lease preferred thereafter if that goes well. A pet lover is strongly preferred as a very compatible yellow lab, Marley, lives here.
