The Heart of the Cohousing Community
Main Level
The Highline Crossing Cohousing Community is designed around its foundation centerpiece, The Common House. Recently renovated in 2019, the HCCC Common House is where we gather to conduct business, celebrate milestones, share meals, recreate, relax and engage.
Our main dining hall seats over 36 people and our commercial kitchen is stocked with all of the essentials (and then some!) which make preparing meals for our community and guests easy and efficient.
Recreation
We also have a cozy library with fireplace and book lending, a recreation room complete with ping pong table and foosball table and a stunning children's playroom with a custom built "castle" that is a delight of the neighborhood children and visiting young guests.
The Common House is a shared space and the main rooms can be reserved for private parties and functions by our residents.
Lower Level
The lower level boasts a living room that is perfect for small groups and teams, as well as our welcome corner that overlooks the back patio and custom mural painted by one of our young resident artists.
There is also a guest suite with adjacent full bath that can be rented for a small nightly fee. The guest suite serves as an extension of our homes as we welcome visitors to our community.
