Our home is a condo that is part of a beautiful cohousing community located on a 70Miles Highlands Canal Trail. The trail is wonderful for hiking, biking, jogging or simply sitting on a bench admiring stunning sunset over the mountains and McLennan lake. The condo itself is facing west overlooking the Rockies and the lake, you can enjoy dinner and a glass of wine on a balcony admiring stunning views.

Master bedroom is in a loft and has its own bathroom upstairs with a deep bathtub as well as a small meditation/yoga room with a skylight. Guest bedroom is downstairs and it has its own full bathroom with a large, modern shower. The entire unit has been fully renovated. You will love the cathedral ceiling creating lots of open space, great acoustics and positive energy. In the winter, a little electric fireplace adds to the warmth and cozy atmosphere.

The community is a 5 min drive from hwy 470 that takes you to the mountains in less than 30min.

You are also walking distance to Light Rail train which goes to Denver, 30min to Denver Union Station.

You will find a quaint village of Littleton just 10min away by car with many little cafes, restaurants, chocolate boutiques or tiny tea shops. We are leaving our bikes in the garage, it is fun to do a bike ride to Littleton Main Street for brunch on Sunday.

Please note that we do not have a TV but can set one up if our guests find it is important to use one during their stay at our place.

Cost:

Without furniture the rent is $2,100, HOA is included but utilities are not.

With furniture the rent is $2,500, utilities and HOA are included. 

The place will be available July 15th.
